Some tips how to create management portal

There are special scripts, to automate creation of management portal. If we already have deployed Apps instance, then we should have file deployparameters.config in instance folder. This file contains package versions which we can use to make management portal. They located at \DeploymentTools\PowerShellScripts\CloneWebInstanceScripts of the deployment.
